ESR Transport Planning was established in 2011 and has quickly earned a reputation for expert advice and high quality documentation that has seen us be part of some of regional Victoria's most significant urban growth projects. Our clients include local governments, VicRoads, developers, town planners, architects, engineers and land managers.
ESR Transport Planning is led by Drew Matthews, a diligent and hard working professional who prides himself on efficient service. Drew has been providing specialist transport planning services to a variety of clients for over 15 years. His vast knowledge of all things transport is invaluable to those involved in property development, land use change and urban infrastructure. Drew has worked within state government, prepared numerous local government strategies and helped a wide range of private sector clients through the planning approvals process. He has highly specialised skills in travel demand forecasting, road safety, computer modelling of transport networks, road design and traffic management. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, Drew can liaise effectively with government authorities, stakeholders and the community to ensure desirable outcomes are achieved.
